售後和退款政策
退換安排
所有電子產品於購買後7天內如有非人為損壞，均可獲得退換，其他產品即不可退換。
部分產品附有1年原廠保養，若產品於購買日起計算1年內出現非人為損壞，均可獲得保障。
非人為損壞指原廠產品出現品質瑕疵, 或因原廠機件故障而導致未能正常操作產品，均受退換政策保障。但涉及人為問題如衣物磨損、沒依照操作說明而錯誤使用產品、摔壞、刮花、不當清潔和保養等造成的後天性損壞，則不在保養範圍之內，本公司概不負責。如產品出現非人為損壞，請勿自行嘗試拆開產品修理，否則本店或原廠將不能提供免費保養服務。
退換保障亦不適用於以下情況：
1) 因客戶個人偏好而衍生的更換產品顏色、款式和尺寸的要求。
2) 因顯示器顯示差異及拍攝場景等原因而造成的圖片與實物間的色差。
3) 衣物類貨品脫色屬正常現象，退換保障並不適用。
4) 因應個別體質不同，商品效果因人而異，退換保障並不適用。
退換時效
退換保障時效於客戶收取產品日起計算的7個工作天內，逾期無效。
如何退換
1. 客戶如需退換產品, 請盡快聯絡我們。經網上訂購者, 請附上姓名、聯繫電話和訂單號碼; 如門市購買者，請提供收據單，並請攜同產品連原裝包裝盒，親臨門市進行檢查及更換程序。
2. 如有關產品於驗查後沒發現異常，我們會把原有產品歸還客戶，而不作出任何更換。
3. 退換的產品必須整潔、沒有污漬，並放置在其原裝完好的包裝盒內，因包裝盒屬於貨品的一部分。如未有一併退回包裝盒，或包裝盒損壞及有污垢，本店將不會進行退換要求，並把產品給還客戶。
3. 退換只限於同款同色的產品，如欲更換其他款式的產品, 而該產品的價格較退換品高，客戶需補回差額; 如該產品價格較退換品低，其差額將不會予以退回。
4. 本店保留對上述退換條款作出刪改的權利。退換時如有任何爭議, 本店亦將保留最終決定權。
