Return and Exchange Arrangement

All electronic products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if there is no damage caused by human factors. Other products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Some products come with a 1-year factory warranty, which covers any non-human damage to the product within 1 year from the date of purchase.

Non-human damage refers to the quality defects of the original product, or the failure of the product to operate normally due to the failure of the original parts, which are all protected by the return policy. The return guarantee does not apply to the following situations:

Return and Exchange Period <br data-mce-fragment="1">The return and exchange period is 7 working days from the date the customer receives the product. Any return or exchange request made after the expiration of the period will be invalid.

How to return or exchange

1. If you need to return or exchange a product, please contact us as soon as possible. If you ordered online, please include your name, contact number and order number. If you purchased in a store , please provide the receipt and bring the product and original packaging to the store for inspection and exchange procedures.

2. If no abnormality is found in the product after inspection, we will return the original product to the customer without making any replacement.
