問: 請問 FLIP 0 飛機杯可以重複使用嗎?
答: 內部清洗潔淨後,可以再次重複使用。依據一般的使用方式,大約可重複使用 50 - 100次,推薦搭配專用的 TENGA Lotion 系列一起使用。
※ 使用次數因使用的狀況略有差異。
問:請問要怎麼樣清洗呢?
答: 請使用後把本體打開,然後以清水或溫水直接沖洗。洗淨後請立在固定器架上讓它乾燥。
- 50度以上的熱水可能會讓膠體(透明的柔軟部分)劣化,所以請務必避免使用溫度太高的水清洗。
- 沐浴乳等雖然也可以使用,但請務必要避免使用強酸性、強鹼性的洗劑。這類洗劑也會有造成膠體劣化的可能存在。
- 請完全乾燥後再收藏保管。乾燥不完全會造成發霉的情況。
問: 請問購入時有附潤滑液嗎?
答: FLIP 0 內附有試用的 TENGA Lotion Regular。試用的潤滑液使用完了之後,請另外購買 TENGA Lotion。請配合自己喜好的使用感來挑選使用。
※ 3 種類型的 TENGA Lotion(Regular、Mild、Direct)皆可使用。
問: 請問潤滑液該塗在哪裡呢?
答: 推薦的方法是在開啟的狀態下,左右兩邊均勻的塗抹,塗抹完畢合起來後也在插入口的部分塗抹上潤滑液。

Return and Exchange Arrangement
All electronic products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if there is no damage caused by human factors. Other products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Some products come with a 1-year factory warranty, which covers any non-human damage to the product within 1 year from the date of purchase.
Non-human damage refers to the quality defects of the original product, or the failure of the product to operate normally due to the failure of the original parts, which are all protected by the return policy. However, acquired damage caused by human problems such as clothing wear, incorrect use of the product without following the operating instructions, breakage, scratches, improper cleaning and maintenance, etc. are not within the scope of maintenance and the company is not responsible. If the product is non-human damage, please do not try to disassemble the product and repair it yourself, otherwise our store or the original manufacturer will not be able to provide free maintenance services.
The return guarantee does not apply to the following situations:
1) Requests to change product color, style and size due to customer personal preference.
2) The color difference between the picture and the actual object is caused by differences in monitor display and shooting scenes.
3) Discoloration of clothing items is normal and return and exchange guarantee does not apply.
4) Due to different physical conditions, the product effects may vary from person to person, and the return and exchange guarantee does not apply.
Return and Exchange Period <br data-mce-fragment="1">The return and exchange period is 7 working days from the date the customer receives the product. Any return or exchange request made after the expiration of the period will be invalid.
How to return or exchange
1. If you need to return or exchange a product, please contact us as soon as possible. If you ordered online, please include your name, contact number and order number. If you purchased in a store , please provide the receipt and bring the product and original packaging to the store for inspection and exchange procedures.
2. If no abnormality is found in the product after inspection, we will return the original product to the customer without making any replacement.
3. The returned product must be clean, without stains, and placed in its original intact packaging, because the packaging is part of the product. If the packaging is not returned together, or the packaging is damaged and dirty, our store will not accept the return request and return the product to the customer.
3. Returns and exchanges are limited to products of the same style and color. If you wish to exchange for another style of product, and the price of the product is higher than the returned product, the customer must pay the difference; if the price of the product is lower than the returned product, the difference will not be refunded.
4. The store reserves the right to amend the above return and exchange terms. In case of any dispute during the return and exchange, the store will reserve the right to make the final decision.
