Return and Exchange Arrangement

All electronic products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if there is no damage caused by human factors. Other products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Some products come with a 1-year factory warranty, which covers any non-human damage to the product within 1 year from the date of purchase.

How to return or exchange

1. If you need to return or exchange a product, please contact us as soon as possible. If you ordered online, please include your name, contact number and order number.
